By sharing your email address and/or phone number with Homie, you are opting in to receive housing match updates, listing suggestions, and related communications via email and SMS. You may opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in emails or by replying STOP to text messages.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, or health information. However, if you choose to share this information in the chat, it may be collected as part of our interactions.

• When making an introduction: Your email address and/or phone number will only be shared with a listing contact, host, or potential roommate after you explicitly opt in to the introduction.

• Lead and matching data: Retained while your lead is active and for up to 2 years after your last interaction, unless you request deletion earlier.
